Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. This role oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of Guest Services and sales performance.
• Manage and control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources to achieve maximum profitability.
• Develop and implement merchandising and inventory control strategies to drive sales and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
