About the Team

The Rentals Sales Team at Zillow Group is a dynamic and high-energy group of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional advertising solutions and business consultation to Multi-Family partners. Our team is committed to helping Zillow Group users make informed decisions about buying, renting, owning, and selling homes.

About the Role

As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing clients with outstanding customer service and driving net property and book growth. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for communicating performance expectations to clients and consistently meeting and exceeding success metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services
  • Perform a high volume of calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities
  • Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue, and exposure to the Zillow Rental Network
  • Communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally
  • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention
  • Excel in high-level conversations and presentations with decision-makers to build positive relationships and drive business results
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, and/or selling into accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
  • High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
  • Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics
