Position Details

  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Status: Non-exempt
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Compensation: Base Salary $18-$20/hr plus Commission
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through various outreach methods, including networking and referrals.
  • Assess client needs and present qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Utilize diverse resources to attract and source potential candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Maintain an organized applicant database and manage all related paperwork.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls and data entry.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred, with at least conversational skills in Japanese and familiarity with Japanese business culture.
  • A strong interest in the staffing industry and a willingness to learn; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid Driver's License.
