Job Summary

The Resident Services Coordinator is a key member of our team at Morgan Properties, responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring a smooth living experience. This role requires a strong understanding of leasing and management policies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with resident files, including renewals, resident retention programs, and lease changes.
  • Oversee and assist the Front Desk Receptionist with daily functions, such as answering phones, maintaining pet logs, and processing service requests.
  • Communicate with residents regarding service requests and scheduled work.
  • Plan and host resident events and activities on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and send renewals and addenda on a monthly basis, and follow up with residents to ensure timely responses.
  • Process notices to vacate and assist residents with lease breaks, in-house transfers, and smooth moves.
  • Perform monthly property inspections and send correction notices.
  • Oversee the completion of required staff safety training by the monthly deadline.
  • Assist with filing and maintain the filing system.
  • Record all resident correspondences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Yardi Property Management software experience a plus.
  • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
