Job Title: Senior Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry. As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement
  • College degree preferred
