We are on the lookout for a skilled and adaptable Live Production Supervisor to enhance our team. This full-time position is essential for ensuring our digital output is both aesthetically pleasing and operationally effective.

Role Responsibilities:

The Live Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting BMG's live production division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary project manager for designated productions.
  • Managing production requests from various departments and overseeing the entire production process from inception to completion.
  • Conducting regular coordination meetings with venues, clients, vendors, and internal teams as part of the production strategy.
  • Developing and distributing production schedules, timelines, technical documentation, and call sheets for assigned projects.
  • Coordinating and managing freelance personnel to complement the existing team as necessary.
  • Organizing and overseeing BMG staff and resources allocated to projects.
  • Expanding the company’s freelance network both domestically and internationally.
  • Creating and managing production budgets for all assigned projects, including monitoring expenses and reconciling all contractor and vendor invoices post-production.
  • Arranging travel for staff and freelance personnel in support of assigned productions.
  • Ordering catering services and meals for on-site and remote teams during productions.
  • Facilitating the training of freelance technical staff to provide support as needed.
  • Preparing a weekly report summarizing all production activities and outlining goals and schedules for the upcoming week.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in production management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
  • Proficiency in creating schedules and managing deliverables.
  • Experience in drafting business proposals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
