About the role:

We are in search of a strategic Human Resources Operations Coordinator to enhance our HR functions within a vibrant team. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will manage daily operations, including onboarding new employees, HR administration, and compliance, while promoting healthy workplace practices across all departments. Your expertise in the employee lifecycle will enable you to deliver exceptional service to our internal customers, enhancing their overall satisfaction. You will operate with integrity and transparency to ensure that our HR operations are efficient and dependable.

Your impact will include:
  • Creating an engaging onboarding experience for new hires, emphasizing the significance of their roles in our business and for our customers.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs, while gathering employee feedback to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Maintaining precise employee records, aiding in benefits administration, and ensuring HR data accuracy in our systems. Supporting the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting the HR team in addressing employee concerns.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience or a Master's Degree in HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
