We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR function with a focus on record keeping, data entry, and general HR tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and general HR duties.
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts by assembling applicant folders, sending out correspondence, and providing phone support as needed.
  • Maintaining employee files, both hard copy and electronic, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinating the creation and distribution of employment-related correspondence and materials to employees.
  • Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as booking travel and preparing events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
