Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Business Affairs team at Stanford University. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support and serve as a resource for staff and faculty on human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Serve as a resource for staff and faculty on human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software, Microsoft, Google Suite, Canva, and email applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
