About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve operational excellence by analyzing and improving their business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement data collection plans to support process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to communicate process improvement results and recommendations
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation and leading business process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with business process improvement within the DoD
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints
  • Ability to lead and support process improvement projects, Value Stream Analysis, and Kaizen
  • Ability to facilitate focus group meetings with various levels of DoD stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Black Belt Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD requirements and acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of systems engineering
  • Ability to manage complex executive and multi-organizational relationships
  • Possession of excellent statistical and analytical skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
