    • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver improvements through agile/scrum methodologies, including bi-weekly 'stand-up calls' and weekly progress reporting.
    • Drafting and supporting the creation of essential business operations documents and materials such as processes, procedures, policies, charters, architectures, and reference materials.
    • Assisting in identifying and engaging senior business leaders to facilitate key business decisions.
    • Applying various facilitation techniques in GRS2G workstreams to promote collaboration and critical thinking, driving innovative solutions, and reporting on progress to ensure workstreams meet quarterly objectives.
  • Enable Change Management Around Improvements: The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with workstream leaders and the AES Renewables Change Management Team to ensure new ways of working are communicated, understood, and adopted. This includes:
    • Supporting the development of Change Management plans.
    • Identifying change impact audiences and quantifying levels of impact.
    • Assisting in creating educational materials to raise awareness of new working methods.
    • Designing training materials to facilitate the adoption and implementation of new practices by target audiences.
    • Supporting the development of communication strategies and packages to ensure broad understanding of changes being made.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Feedback Loops: The Senior Manager will collaborate with designated teams to gather feedback regarding implementation. They will ensure that the GRS2G program rapidly adapts its improvements to meet the dynamic business environment of AES Global Renewables.
