  4. Provide ongoing feedback and insights to cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product Development, User Experience, and Engineering.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Possesses a deep understanding of HubSpot's products, business objectives, and operational principles.
  2. Familiarity with HubSpot's CMS and developer tools, along with general knowledge of front-end and server-side software development practices.
  3. Skilled in relationship building, expectation management, and identifying potential obstacles that may require escalation.
  4. Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A self-motivated individual who aligns their efforts with business needs and utilizes organizational skills to resolve issues effectively.
  6. Driven by curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, consistently seeking ways to add value.
  7. Resourceful and adept at collaborating across different teams and locations as necessary.

  9. Consistently meets performance expectations in their current role.
  10. Previous experience in forum or social community management is advantageous.
