Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Initiatives by engaging with potential clients and securing new contracts across various product lines.
  • Work in partnership with cross-departmental teams to maximize opportunities for new business across different markets.
  • Facilitate the transition of clients to the Account Management team for sustained business oversight.
  • Oversee sales targets and liaise with the Vice President regarding performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Persistent and determined approach.
  • Strong presentation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and systems.
  • Experience in the food sector is advantageous.
