Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, continuously identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
