Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, continuously identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
