About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest communications.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Minimum of six months of supervisory experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
