Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Site Management: Maintain a safe and organized job site, including the construction office.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and direct all field personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with original plans and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Administer good construction safety practices and maintain accurate safety documentation.
  • Communication: Maintain daily contact with project managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve problems to ensure project success.
  • Estimating: Estimate projects and prepare accurate schedules.
  • Materials Management: Coordinate and procure materials for self-performance work.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (desirable but not required); experience can substitute.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction, with 5 years as a construction superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera scheduling software, and able to interpret construction drawings and schedules.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification, CPR & First Aid certification, and valid state driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Quality Control and Safety Certifications: Possession of quality control and safety certifications is preferred.
