Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating weekly reports that highlight bookings, pipelines, and key financial indicators.
  • Supporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for revenue and expenses utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Acting as a finance business partner to department leaders, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.
  • Contributing to monthly financial reporting and preparing materials for quarterly board meetings.
  • Conducting ongoing and ad hoc financial analyses and modeling to provide actionable insights for achieving corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection, cleansing, and modeling.
  • A quick learning ability with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of integrity, self-motivation, and collaboration across teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI is preferred.
  • An MBA is preferred; other advanced degrees such as CPA, CFA, or MS are advantageous.
