Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity, with significant healthcare financial/capital planning experience.
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting and finance, including proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop business and financial projections.
  • Good understanding of net present value analysis and its application in financial planning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide relevant conclusions and recommendations.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA or master's degree in business administration, hospital administration, or another related field.
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office Tools, with a focus on financial analysis and data visualization.
Work Environment

The role is based in Chicago (preferred) or remote, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
