JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and safeguarding the financial health of the organization through the establishment and execution of accounting protocols and methodologies.

This position reports directly to the Director of Accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Accounting and CFO to deliver insightful financial analysis, support risk management initiatives, and formulate internal control policies.
- Oversee and manage the invoicing and accounts receivable operations, including the preparation and processing of invoices.
- Maintain oversight of general ledger activities and bank reconciliation tasks, which encompass payroll account reconciliations.
- Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and credit memo accounting processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead financial project reviews, including job costing assessments.
- Work in partnership with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial business and regulatory reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Ensure the integrity and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation.
- May supervise accounting personnel as required.
- Adhere to federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Accounting.
