Position Overview
The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in a prominent global initiative aimed at integrating global real estate financial management into the Corporate Finance framework. This transition will encompass the transfer of personnel and capital assets, with responsibilities including the following:

  • Global Project Assistance: Support a worldwide real estate initiative, conducting specialized research and projects as needed to facilitate critical decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Aid in all facets of financial reporting and the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and restatements.
  • Monthly and Annual Statements: Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and other relevant reports and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Allocations: Assist with the allocation processes across various functions.
  • Month-End Close Process: Familiarity with the month-end closing activities, including tasks assigned to ensure a timely close, such as reporting.
  • Metrics Development: Identify and create reports to establish and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Provide insights to enhance accounting systems and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cost Center Setup: Establish cost centers for all transitioning locations and lead multi-country projects, including spend reallocation among departments, long-range planning, spend tracking, staffing planning, and capital asset readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of substantial FP&A experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Essbase.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams and various functional areas across the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, demonstrating proactivity, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with some exposure to project management.
  • Robust analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and execute job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., index/match, pivot tables, multiple if statements).
