Position Overview

Compensation Range: $22-$24/hr.

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite role

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours/week).
  • Availability will shift to a 7-day work schedule to accommodate customer support needs during peak seasons.

Join a dedicated Customer Support Team at Certified Employment Group, where you will engage with customers through various communication channels, including emails and phone calls. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be essential in assisting customers with inquiries regarding their orders, managing back-orders, and providing guidance on product assembly. Our focus is on specialty consumer products, particularly seasonal items related to holidays.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional communication via email and phone.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Zendesk, and Adobe PDF.
  • Ability to operate a laptop and phone, with a willingness to learn CRM software for tracking inquiries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage support requests with urgency in a dynamic environment.
  • Genuine interest in seasonal holiday products.
  • High level of accuracy and accountability in all tasks.
