This position offers a fantastic entry-level opportunity to assist in the daily execution and management of essential marketing and promotional tasks.

As a Sales Event Associate, you will engage in challenging work while gaining invaluable insights into the marketing landscape and experiencing the rewards and challenges of being part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.


Key Responsibilities:


• Support the creation and execution of retail sales and marketing plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service at events alongside the promotional marketing team
• Drive client acquisition, generate leads, and foster brand loyalty through sales efforts at events
• Participate in comprehensive leadership training with the potential to manage individual events and projects for new clients
• Consult on client compliance matters
• Additional tasks as assigned

Please note, this is a full-time role that requires on-site work at designated retail locations.

Upon successful completion of training, we provide a base salary with opportunities for additional commissions based on individual performance. The average earnings for our entry-level associates range from $800 to $1600 per week.
