Job Description

At Spring Venture Group, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. As VP of Sales and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for driving growth through the development of new accounts and expanding our total addressable market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate enterprise markets
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and grow all enterprise account relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop a streamlined infrastructure for managing the SmartConnect business

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience in an executive leadership position
  • Vast experience managing retail and wholesale broker relationships
  • Strong relationships with insurers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize multiple projects
