Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to clients and internal teams, including employment law compliance, employee relations, organizational development, and workers' compensation administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance client and internal team skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on and strategic HR management, with a strong background in employment law compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results and improve client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in this language.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced degree a plus.
  • SPHR or PHR certification strongly preferred.
