About the Role
At Optima Office, we're dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients. As a Human Resources Manager/Consultant, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and help us deliver top-notch HR services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Manager/Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing expert HR support to our clients. This will include tasks such as payroll system setup, 401k plan design, and HR consulting. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as working independently to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in HR, with at least 10 years of experience. You'll also need to have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you'll need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and HR assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
