Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join our team at AllSTEM Connections. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our HR Employee Center group, located in Torrey Pines, CA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating confidential and sensitive electronic and hard copy records and files.
- Providing routine information to employees and applicants on human resource matters.
- Assisting employees in completing various human resource forms.
- Preparing reports on topics such as employment, terminations, and compensation.
- Supporting the employment process for assigned areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of progressive experience in human resources administration or a related field.
- Customer-focused with a general understanding of human resource policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to establish priorities, maintain confidentiality, and accurately document and maintain records and files.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD is preferred.
