Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist for Bridge Tower Homes, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts to promote our retail brand, Westfield Homes, across the Texas market. You will work closely with Leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Create, enter, and maintain pictures & content for listings in external listing multiple services.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website updates, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing.
    • Collaborate to create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with the brand's messaging.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, model home tours, and community events.
    • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site support.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
    • Assist with the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring content is current and SEO-friendly.
    • Support PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
    • Assist in analyzing customer characteristics, and buying behaviors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Implement lead generation tactics through online and offline channels.
    • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Compile and analyze data from various marketing activities, providing regular reports on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
    • Use analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Vendor and Budget Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, photographers, and digital agencies, to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home building industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excel experience is a plus.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in the office in Dallas, TX. Occasional travel to job sites and events may be required, occasionally on weekends.
