The Marketing Account Specialist will work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to maintain a high level of accountability across our client accounts. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the account management team in the execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Facilitate smooth project progress by coordinating with creative, media, and production teams.

Core Duties:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for client meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated campaign strategies and creative concepts from start to finish across multiple marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing budgets and monitoring expenses for client projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account coordination, ideally within a marketing context.
  • Exhibit cultural awareness and a strong ability to gather information effectively.
  • Possess excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
  • Show proactive, curious, and self-motivated qualities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Confident in sharing ideas while remaining receptive to feedback.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, with experience in the automotive sector considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, including Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, is highly advantageous.
