About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Masimo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our innovative medical technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, administrators, and purchasing managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers about our solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in assigned territories.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling innovative medical technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of the Masimo product portfolio and its applications in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration.

Work Environment

This position requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
