Business Solutions Advisor

**Job Summary:**
As a Business Solutions Advisor at Bank of America, you will be responsible for providing specialized and personalized service to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Acquire new and deepen existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Effectively balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.
- Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales, or small business banking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
- Proven sales track record.
**Benefits:**
This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employees performance against defined metrics.
