We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Needham Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and promoting our banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized banking services to our customers, including account opening, maintenance, and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell our banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our banking products and services, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other banking teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply banking regulations and policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
