Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical support to our food service programs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management staff, including preparing confidential documents and maintaining personnel files.
  • Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches, if applicable.
  • Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
  • Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation and process vendor invoices for payment.
  • Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement and assist in preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
