Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at Needham Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting bank products and services.

• Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account opening and maintenance, transaction processing, and customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, promoting them to clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two plus years of teller or cash handling experience with accurate balancing record.
• Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday mornings.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of keyboard and computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with the use of a calculator.
• Must have basic business acumen and professionalism.
• Ability to build strong relationships and alliances across the organization, exceed customer expectations, ability to adapt to change, reliable and highly motivated.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Willing to become a Notary Public in MA.
• Ability to adhere to Needham Bank's Core Values.
