Customer Support Associate

Computing Concepts Inc is seeking a highly skilled Operation Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal clients via phone and email to provide support and resolve issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, providing ongoing support throughout the account lifecycle
- Provide world-class service to internal clients, building strong relationships and delivering solutions that meet their needs
- Address issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues resolved
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred
