Key Responsibilities

  1. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English or French/Creole and English.
  2. Responding promptly to inquiries from customers and employees through various communication channels.
  3. Escalating significant complaints or issues that require additional support.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues or supervisors to identify optimal solutions for customer concerns.
  5. Recognizing recurring issues and reporting them to management with potential improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Experience with chat/help desk software is preferred.
  4. Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
  5. Strong judgment and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  7. A positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
