Key Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English or French/Creole and English.
- Responding promptly to inquiries from customers and employees through various communication channels.
- Escalating significant complaints or issues that require additional support.
- Collaborating with colleagues or supervisors to identify optimal solutions for customer concerns.
- Recognizing recurring issues and reporting them to management with potential improvement suggestions.
- Maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance products and services.
- Staying informed about new products and services as they are launched.
- Participating in training sessions and meetings as necessary.
- Providing guidance and training to new Customer Support Representatives.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with chat/help desk software is preferred.
- Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
- Strong judgment and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
