Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Advanced Actuarial Models: Leverage advanced actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and risk management, staying informed about market trends and industry developments.
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions, mentoring junior team members and driving business excellence.
  • Ensure Effective Risk Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management, aligning with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Actuarial Expertise: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Actuarial/Analytical field, with a minimum of 8 years of Actuarial/Analytical experience.
  • Professional Certifications: Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) with 5 years of experience OR Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) with 6 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Python software, experience with industry pricing tools, familiarity with Generalized Linear Models (GLMs), and actuarial pricing knowledge with diverse methodologies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven expertise in leading multiple projects, managing priorities effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
