Key Responsibilities:- Operate mowers, both walking-type and riding, to maintain grass areas.
- Utilize weed trimmers for effective weed control in challenging terrains.
- Shape and enhance plant growth by trimming hedges and pruning trees.
- Engage in planting activities for grass, flowers, and shrubs.
- Ensure proper watering of landscapes during dry spells.
- Collect and dispose of natural debris, including leaves.
- Clear snow from pathways and parking areas using appropriate tools.
- Maintain and repair outdoor structures, including fences and benches.
- Assist in the upkeep of roads and facilities as needed.
- Safely operate small vehicles and equipment, including ATVs and tractors.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks.
- Complete assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relevant experience or training in grounds maintenance.
- Familiarity with operating small trucks and landscaping equipment.
- Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background check.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to changing job requirements.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
