Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Red Carrot. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar maintenance, and meeting coordination.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.

Legislative Support Responsibilities:

  • Review and process Legislative Reference Memoranda (LRMs) to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Update and maintain the Institution Subscription Database and Legislature Tracker.
  • Review, update, and submit correspondence and reports related to legislative activities.
  • Submit weekly reports, gathering input from the team and transferring information to a shared drive for institutional tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
