The Automation Sales Group at Price Engineering specializes in the essential components required for the creation of new machinery and the support of existing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) business.

Position Focus
This position is centered on managing a defined territory that includes various regions. As an Account Manager, you will autonomously oversee your sales activities, fostering relationships and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with leadership to devise a strategic sales plan aimed at identifying and securing new business opportunities.
2. Engage in full-cycle prospecting, which includes lead qualification, cold calling, and delivering impactful sales presentations.
3. Work alongside knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams to exceed sales targets.
4. Utilize tools and CRM systems to effectively manage time and territory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, with at least 2 years focused on automation systems and components.
- Familiarity with application and troubleshooting of automation and pneumatic products is advantageous.
- Strong planning and time management skills to effectively manage territory and sales goals.
- Experience with value-added sales and establishing lasting business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
