- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and related systems for quoting, selling, and placing orders.
- Perform duties associated with the sales process of furnishing, installing, and servicing automatic and manual doors and components.
- Prospect customers, present information, consult, estimate, generate quotes, secure contracts, manage projects, and perform other related tasks associated with turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes, as well as product line and competition.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer and results-driven.
- Concise and professional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively and effectively with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated and creative with a strong desire to succeed and surpass goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to call on new customers/accounts to increase sales margins.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, SalesForce, etc.).
- Ability to read architectural drawings.

- Forward-thinking, adaptable, and creative leader, capable of strategic thinking and planning.
- Able to manage change, influence others, be a team player, and gain group commitment.
- Willing to travel on a daily basis by personal vehicle and public transportation.
- Must have an insured and reliable vehicle and a clear driver's license history.
- Two or more years' experience in outside direct sales and service of automatic doors or similar products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales.
- Experience working with general contractors and end users.
