Job Summary

NABCO Entrances, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Sales Representative to maximize market share and revenue by selling products and servicing customers in support of the organization's financial, marketing, and production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales and target new accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with branch and headquarter employees to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and related systems for quoting, selling, and placing orders.
  • Perform duties associated with the sales process of furnishing, installing, and servicing automatic and manual doors and components.
  • Prospect customers, present information, consult, estimate, generate quotes, secure contracts, manage projects, and perform other related tasks associated with turnkey projects.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes, as well as product line and competition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer and results-driven.
  • Concise and professional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively and effectively with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and creative with a strong desire to succeed and surpass goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to call on new customers/accounts to increase sales margins.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, SalesForce, etc.).
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Highly organized with the tenacity to succeed in a growing and fast-paced organization.
  • Forward-thinking, adaptable, and creative leader, capable of strategic thinking and planning.
  • Able to manage change, influence others, be a team player, and gain group commitment.
  • Willing to travel on a daily basis by personal vehicle and public transportation.
  • Must have an insured and reliable vehicle and a clear driver's license history.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years' experience in outside direct sales and service of automatic doors or similar products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Operations, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales.
  • Experience working with general contractors and end users.
