Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial part in identifying and capitalizing on robotic automation opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospecting and securing new business opportunities
  • Nurturing and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Guiding clients toward strategic automation solutions for enhanced competitive advantage
  • Collaborating with customers to identify solutions that enhance their work environment
  • Conducting comprehensive site audits to identify potential robotic applications
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the automation industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, coupled with a creative mindset and an ability to conceptualize innovative solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in robotic automation or technical sales
  • Proficiency in managing a personal pipeline targeting customers within a designated territory
