Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services: Develop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Work collaboratively: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience: Preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
