We specialize in supporting U.S. federal clients through tailored professional training programs, effective capacity-building solutions, and specialized technical advisory services.

We are currently seeking a Latvian language and cultural educator to create and deliver a foundational course aimed at equipping students with the essential courtesies and understanding of local customs needed to foster relationships with local counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and conduct essential language instruction comprising 20 hours of live training, along with a comprehensive language workbook for student use.
  • Develop a detailed syllabus, lesson plans, and a workbook that outlines the language lessons and serves as a reference for students.
  • Create, administer, and evaluate an oral proficiency exam to assess student comprehension of the course material.
  • Ensure that course design and delivery align with established instructional standards and respond to guidance from leadership.
  • Facilitate virtual live training sessions with students.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Course Manager to coordinate course preparation and evaluation.
  • Engage with leadership as needed for course oversight.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in the Latvian language.
  • Bachelor's degree or a certification recognized by the Department of Defense.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a language instructor, demonstrating effective teaching and student engagement.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
