Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Language and Behavior Center (TLBC) is a unique, employee-focused ABA organization dedicated to an anti-ableist approach in supporting children with autism. Our company is led by experienced BCBAs who prioritize quality service and strong employee relationships over profit.

As a BCBA, you will collaborate with our Director Team and a dedicated group of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver comprehensive ABA assessments and clinical services tailored for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Your role will involve conducting initial and ongoing assessments, formulating treatment plans, training caregivers, and supervising RBTs both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, evaluate, and oversee the execution of treatment plans.
  • Craft individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs based on functional assessment data.
  • Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly supervision of RBTs.
  • Engage regularly with the Director Team to address any issues affecting client progress and satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
  • Manage the scheduling of RBTs and ensure proper billing practices.
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document hours in accordance with TLBC policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • BCBA Certification and State Licensure.
  • Strong understanding of DTT, NET, and various ABA methodologies.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with children with autism or developmental delays.
  • Reliable transportation for travel as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in supervising RBTs.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices.
  • A positive and supportive demeanor.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-r, and FAST.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
  • Understanding of neurodiverse-affirming care principles.
