Role Summary:

The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns is essential to the Growth Marketing team, leading efforts in the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing initiatives. This role combines leadership and hands-on project management to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of Integrated Campaign Architects to design, develop, and enhance global marketing campaigns.
  • Identify requirements and success metrics for campaign creation, understanding the business drivers behind each initiative.
  • Collaborate with messaging teams to craft compelling campaign themes and ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
  • Create a comprehensive campaign framework that maps the customer journey from initial awareness to marketing qualified lead (MQL).
  • Assess content needs and identify gaps, commissioning new materials as necessary to support campaign themes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver campaign assets and maintain regular communication on progress.
  • Provide updates on launch timelines and campaign performance to stakeholders and management.
  • Compile campaign elements for seamless execution by partners, developing a playbook for channel and field marketing teams.
  • Adapt campaign materials for local markets based on strategic priorities.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and report results to management.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign marketing or related fields within B2B technology.
  • Proven experience in managing global teams and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and career growth.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
