Role Overview:
The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns is a pivotal figure within the Growth Marketing division, leading the team responsible for the orchestration, development, and enhancement of global marketing initiatives. This dual-role position will collaborate across the marketing spectrum to bring campaigns to fruition, overseeing the creation, execution, optimization, and assessment of campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of Integrated Campaign Architects to coordinate, develop, and enhance Extreme's global marketing initiatives.
  • Collect requirements and define success metrics for campaign creation, identifying essential business drivers.
  • Collaborate with messaging teams to craft a cohesive theme and identity for each campaign, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish a campaign framework that outlines the customer journey from initial awareness to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
  • Identify content requirements and gaps that align with the campaign theme, commissioning new assets as necessary.
  • Assemble a cross-functional team to deliver campaign assets, maintaining regular communication regarding updates and progress.
  • Communicate launch timelines and progress updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Compile campaign elements for seamless execution by partners, creating a comprehensive initiative playbook for channel and field marketing teams.
  • Adapt campaign elements into local languages based on prioritized geographic strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), and report results to management.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in campaign marketing or related fields within B2B technology.
- Proven experience managing a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead cross-functional project teams towards shared objectives.
- Experience in team management and career development for direct reports.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in building and interpreting reports to drive data-informed decisions and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business; MBA in marketing or related field is highly preferred.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, up to $175,000.
