Role Summary: The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns is a pivotal position within our Growth Marketing division. This role is responsible for guiding a team that orchestrates, develops, and enhances our global marketing campaigns. The individual will collaborate across various marketing functions to bring campaigns to fruition, ensuring effective execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Integrated Campaign Architects to coordinate and refine Extreme's global marketing initiatives.
  • Gather campaign requirements and success metrics, identifying the business drivers that necessitate campaign development.
  • Collaborate with messaging teams to craft a compelling campaign theme and establish a distinct campaign identity, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
  • Develop a comprehensive campaign framework that outlines the customer journey from initial awareness to marketing qualified lead (MQL).
  • Identify content needs and gaps that align with the campaign theme, commissioning new assets as necessary.
  • Assemble a cross-functional team to deliver campaign assets, maintaining regular communication and tracking progress.
  • Communicate campaign launch timelines and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Compile campaign elements for seamless execution by partners, creating an initiative playbook for channel and field marketing teams.
  • Adapt campaign elements into local languages based on strategic priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), providing insights and results to management.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign marketing or related fields within B2B technology.
  • Proven experience managing a global team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams towards shared objectives.
  • Experience in team management and fostering career development for direct reports.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or business; MBA preferred.
