Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Workplace Technologies & Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Canon Solutions America. As a key member of our Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) team, you will be responsible for selling Canon's world-class hardware and software technology-based solutions to a dedicated marketplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with our technology subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and solutions.
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts, track sales opportunities, and analyze customer data.
  • Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our solutions and build trust with customers.
  • Develop strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term customer requirements, driving new revenue streams and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with occasional travel required.
