About the Role

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive II to join our team in the North America West Coast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the electronics design automation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Utilize technical knowledge and industry expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the electronics design business
  • Verifiable track record of overachieving multimillion dollar sales quotas
  • MS or BS Degree in technical discipline, preferably EE
  • MBA is a plus
  • Location: Southern California - LA Area
