Job Summary

Prestige Employee Administrators is seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Client Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining PTO plans, executing bulk employee data imports, and handling complex system uploads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain PTO plans and troubleshoot issues in the HRIS system
  • Execute bulk employee data imports into the HRIS system
  • Maintain system configurations for new client set-ups
  • Handle complex system uploads for new and existing clients
  • Provide demonstrations on HRIS platforms for new operations team members
  • Understand and utilize reporting tools
  • Act as an escalation point for system configuration issues
  • Support the administration of Leaves of Absence paperwork and CRM Case Management
  • Maintain Employee File audits and LMS platform administration
  • Review and process employee file changes and set up E-Verify
  • Maintain process for employee termination notes and separation forms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related capacity
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
  • Experience training others and process improvement
  • Experience with HRIS Systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary Range

$65,000 based on experience
