Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Prestige Employee Administrators is seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Client Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining PTO plans, executing bulk employee data imports, and handling complex system uploads.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain PTO plans and troubleshoot issues in the HRIS system
- Execute bulk employee data imports into the HRIS system
- Maintain system configurations for new client set-ups
- Handle complex system uploads for new and existing clients
- Provide demonstrations on HRIS platforms for new operations team members
- Understand and utilize reporting tools
- Act as an escalation point for system configuration issues
- Support the administration of Leaves of Absence paperwork and CRM Case Management
- Maintain Employee File audits and LMS platform administration
- Review and process employee file changes and set up E-Verify
- Maintain process for employee termination notes and separation forms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related capacity
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
- Experience training others and process improvement
- Experience with HRIS Systems preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary Range
$65,000 based on experience
